I had watched the film Wall Street about 100 times (I'm not joking) so you could say I had my own ideas on what it was like.
The reality is sort of true but there were many aspects to the institutional side I was not prepared for. Many retail traders have this notion the banks and hedge funds are against them. A little advice - they really don't care about you - worry about what YOU are doing not what THEY are doing.
This Masterclass is also for traders who have run out of ideas and need some fresh oxygen. Even if you have many years experience it's good to get a different view. I myself often challenge confirmation bias. Painful but essential !
This is open to market professionals, savvy retail traders, veterans who need to sharpen their edge, bank workers in mid or back office and curious economics graduates who need to step up to the big time with real desk experience.
I'll be talking you through what I did and how work through my framework. This was taught to be by Spot FX traders who headed up desks for global banks.

Patrick Reid is a currency expert with over 15 years experience in trading FX and propriety desks. He has just accepted a role as Visiting Lecturer at The University of Cambridge and is Co-Founder of Adamis Principle which mentors traders at all levels.

This year he is teaching risk and volatility within the Crypto space at the University of Cambridge
