AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that apply to anyone who refers people to the Adamis Principle Masterclass (the "Masterclass") using an affiliate link ("Affiliate"), including the prize draws, gifts, and Inner Circle offering associated with it. By requesting, accepting, or using an affiliate link issued by Adamis Principle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Fair Use — Affiliates must provide a genuine, active email address to receive and use their affiliate link. Adamis Principle reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke an affiliate link where there is evidence of multiple accounts, duplicate submissions, or otherwise illegitimate or fraudulent email addresses being used to register or refer attendees. Adamis Principle's decision on eligibility under this section is final.

2. Sharing Your Affiliate Link — You may forward your affiliate link to as many people as you wish. Links must be shared honestly and must not be presented in a misleading way, for example implying an official partnership or endorsement that does not exist, or using spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive advertising. Adamis Principle reserves the right to disqualify referrals obtained through misleading, fraudulent, or spam-based distribution methods.

3. Prize Draws — All prizes will be determined and awarded live during the Masterclass. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise. Winners must be present live at the time prizes are awarded in order to receive them, except where an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed in writing by management.

4. Attendee Gift — A special gift will be given to all attendees who are present live for the full duration of the Masterclass. The gift is not available to those who register but do not attend live, or who leave before the session concludes, save at the organisers' discretion. Gifts are personal to the attendee who receives them and cannot be transferred, resold, or passed on to another person.

5. Inner Circle Prize — Expense Reimbursement — Where an Inner Circle prize includes reimbursement of expenses, Adamis Principle will cover reasonable, pre-approved expenses up to a maximum of £500. Any expense claimed above this cap is the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Valid receipts or proof of expenditure may be required before reimbursement is issued.

6. Decision-Making Authority — Management holds final and sole discretion over the nature, value, and allocation of all prizes and gifts, and over who they are awarded to. All decisions made under these Terms by management are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Data and Communications — By taking part as an Affiliate, you and any attendees you refer consent to being contacted by Adamis Principle in connection with the Masterclass, these Terms, and related prizes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Adamis Principle's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms — Adamis Principle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes materially affect Affiliates or attendees, reasonable notice will be given ahead of the next Masterclass.
